There has been a lot of news lately about Spider-Man 3, but Marvel Studios has remained somewhat quiet, revealing and acknowledging almost no details about the third installation of MCU’s Spider-Man.
The third movie with Tom Holland returning as Spidey started filming in October of 2020 in Atlanta, USA, and we assume that they are hardly halfway done. Everyone including the actor himself have been very careful not to release any details about the film, but as every studio should expect, there will be leaked footage or images some way or the other, and leaked images are exactly what we have.
Twitter user @mattlovescinema did not hesitate to share images that he had stumbled upon, with the rest of the world on January 17th. In his tweet, he shared two images with the caption - FINALLY WE HAVE NEW SPIDER-MAN 3 SET PICS. Check it out:

From the pictures, we believe that at least a part of the film is set either during Christmas, or on a snowy landscape featuring Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop. If you remember, Iron Man 3 was also set during Christmas, so could this be an homage to the fallen superhero and Peter Parker’s mentor? I guess we’ll find out soon enough.
Another thing to think about with a quick recap - Spider-Man: Far From Home ended with Quentin Beck attempting to frame Spider-Man for his death, and simultaneously revealing the webslinger’s secret identity - clearly stating that his name is Peter Parker on a nationwide broadcast. Spider-Man 3 is supposed to pick up right on the aftermath of Far From Home, but how is it Christmas already? So many unanswered questions. We’ll just have to be a little more patient.
