Pre-order Terms
Our pre-order sales terms are as follows :
- You pay 50% of product retail price as a deposit to secure your item by selecting Payment 1 (Deposit).
- Once your order is received, it will be added to our pre-order list.
- When product is ready to ship, we will request for Payment 2 (Final) via email.
- Payment 2 (Final) must be made within 14 days of the request above to avoid cancellation of your order.
- We accept pre-orders on a first come first serve basis based on product batch size. Gilt variants of our pre-orders sell out quickly.
- Once a design is sold out, all pre-orders that do not make it will be fully refunded.
Non-Refundable Deposit ( NRD )
When purchasing a pre-order item, you are required to place a deposit of 50% of product retail price.
- 24-hour grace period: If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, you may cancel your order without penalty if it is within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds may take between 5 to 7 business days.
- Any buyer-initiated cancellation or refund will trigger a retention of 20% of product retail price as part of the Non-Refundable Deposit. The remaining 30% will be transferred back to you within 5 to 7 business days.
- Non-Refundable Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to a different order for any reason.
- Refunds due to oversold pre-orders are exempt from this clause.
